Knew what I was looking for when I came in as I had an appointment. Always satisfied with the team at Big O on 6th, I've found them to be very honest with me for both my car and my wife's car.

Everyone I spoke with was extremely friendly. The amount of time it took to fix my tire was appropriate... very positive experience. This was my first time at Big O... I will definitely go back in the future.

I stopped by the business on 1/12/2024 to inquire about new tires. Staff were very professional and honest in describing what was needed. I decided to purchase all 4 tires and to my surprise, they were able to accommodate me immediately. Upon paying for my tires, I asked about an oil change. They told me they offered that service so I made an appointment.

I have always been impressed by the courteous service staff at Big O. In addition, they have had the service repairs completed when promised. They follow up with recommendations but aren't pushy.

Everything is a 10. The only issue is price. Because I needed the work immediately, I used Big O. If I was not in a hurry I'd use an independent mechanic because the cost is lower.

I was a little disappointed that even though I made an appointment several days in advance it still took more than an hour to do my oil change.

Super fast service. Got a call thirty minutes after dropping it off telling me what needed to happen, and I got the car back three hours later.

I should have mentioned this to Cory when I was there as we had a great conversation about the Chiefs... I initially scheduled my appointment online and ended up with multiple appointments. I called the store to get this squared away. I was placed on hold for over 5 minutes then the guy that came on the phone was not really friendly at all in deleted the appointments I had made in error. Then when I asked to schedule an appointment I was told there was no availability for several days and I needed to call back. I hung up and mentioned this to a friend that was visiting and told him I thought that was odd as it showed available appointments online for the day I was requesting... He called the store to just see if he could schedule on the day I was wanting an appointment.....would you believe he had multiple options! I then got back online and was able to schedule online for the day I had requested and with 3 or 4 time options! I did not get the name of the guy that would not schedule me and I was hesitant to say anything as I did not want anything to happen to my vehicle when it was being serviced. I almost did not return to this location for service but, since I had purchased a set of tires and new battery from the store I kept the appointment. Going forward I will only schedule with Cory or the young lady whose name escapes me...and I will only bring my vehicle for service if Cory is on there. Thank you Cory as I have recommended several folks to BigO because of the level of customer service you provide on every visit!!

I have my own balance and mounting machines so I purchased my tires 5 years ago threw your company. They have lasted and honestly exceeded my expectations for longevity for the price. I just purchased another set and they already had them sitting outside and ready and the gentleman at the counter even helped me load them up. Every time I use big o tires they always come threw. I'll be making all my future purchases threw them. I appreciate there professionalism and knowledge of what I wanted and even worked out the best price I could find. Thanks for the great service and honesty.

My family said I paid to much. But I say it was 3 on Saturday don't want to wait a week being an the turnpike going 70 to 80 mph with unsafty tires. I sure does ride a ton better. Thanks
