I’m a delivery driver and heavily rely on my vehicle. This store has always been very helpful and friendly when servicing my vehicle. Both, my wife and I use this location and always get the service we need. They are fair and honest in pricing and the wait time is minimal compared to other places I’ve used.

Everyone I spoke with was extremely friendly. The amount of time it took to fix my tire was appropriate... very positive experience. This was my first time at Big O... I will definitely go back in the future.

I have always been impressed by the courteous service staff at Big O. In addition, they have had the service repairs completed when promised. They follow up with recommendations but aren't pushy.

Super fast service. Got a call thirty minutes after dropping it off telling me what needed to happen, and I got the car back three hours later.

This was just for rotating tires. Scheduling was fast and easy and the work performed was done very quickly. No charge for the visit. All good.

I should have mentioned this to Cory when I was there as we had a great conversation about the Chiefs... I initially scheduled my appointment online and ended up with multiple appointments. I called the store to get this squared away. I was placed on hold for over 5 minutes then the guy that came on the phone was not really friendly at all in deleted the appointments I had made in error. Then when I asked to schedule an appointment I was told there was no availability for several days and I needed to call back. I hung up and mentioned this to a friend that was visiting and told him I thought that was odd as it showed available appointments online for the day I was requesting... He called the store to just see if he could schedule on the day I was wanting an appointment.....would you believe he had multiple options! I then got back online and was able to schedule online for the day I had requested and with 3 or 4 time options! I did not get the name of the guy that would not schedule me and I was hesitant to say anything as I did not want anything to happen to my vehicle when it was being serviced. I almost did not return to this location for service but, since I had purchased a set of tires and new battery from the store I kept the appointment. Going forward I will only schedule with Cory or the young lady whose name escapes me...and I will only bring my vehicle for service if Cory is on there. Thank you Cory as I have recommended several folks to BigO because of the level of customer service you provide on every visit!!

Great customer service, knowledge of associates, very quick service, high quality service, overall extremely helpful friendly respectful associates (Devin), went into the store feeling distressed, came out feeling great.

My family said I paid to much. But I say it was 3 on Saturday don't want to wait a week being an the turnpike going 70 to 80 mph with unsafty tires. I sure does ride a ton better. Thanks
