Always friendly, estimate is spot on or it is discussed thoroughly before any unexpected repairs. Clean. Free coffee and water as well as newspaper and t.v. I have used Big O in Lawrence, KS for years. I believe 3 cars maybe even 4.

Our family has used Big O for over 10 years for tires, car repair,etc. Their product knowledge is supreme, workmanship is of the highest quality and customer service has always been polite and respectful. We are glad to call them our tire and service station.

Quick service and the tires I wanted were in stock which made the process even easier. I appreciated that the attendant pointed out the roadside assistance number for future reference. Prices for tires and oil change were competitive with other local sources.

I had a great experience! Staff was very friendly and answered any questions or concerns I had. I waited for my vehicle to be done and water and coffee was provided as well as an area for me to open my laptop and get some work done. Definitely coming back!

Website was super easy to fund the right tires for my car and schedule my service. All the staff were friendly and helpful during my time there.

My experience entails two visits. The first visit a cap to my radiator overflow reservoir ended up missing. When I notified the store they promptly replaced the missing cap.

Big O tire personnel was very good and knowledgeable about the sevice they provide to the customers. My agent was very informative & educational in the work she does. She was able to informed myself & husband about tire pressure & sensors that some vehicles have & some that dont have. I was satisfied with the results!
