Big O Tire in Lawrence is a great place to go. Friendly and knowledgeable. I have never had a bad experience there. I appreciate all that they do.

I had a staple in my tire and called the Lawrence, Kansas location asking if they could help. Since I had a tire protection warranty from that location, they said I could just come in and they’d get it fixed that day. I appreciate their speed of service and willingness to help me out. I tried going to another location, and they were not so willing, but the Lawrence Big O Tires immediately helped me.

All of the guys at your Lawrence store were excellent. When I had a flat tire and had to replace 2 tires, they fit me into their schefule. All of them were very professional and couteous. This was so much better than any experience I've had with other tire companies. Your store was extremely clean and pleasant to be in. The only thing missing was a place or three in the waiting area to plug in cell phones. Mine went dead while I was there, which was only for an hour. You've just gained a new permanent customer.

All of the associates are friendly and know most of them by first name.

When new to Lawrence make Big O the go to place for car services. We've purchased 3-sets of tires for 3 different vehicles as well as tune-up related services & specialty work on my Toyota FJ. Pricing more than competitive with local dealers & shops as well as box stores from our old home in Leawood/Overland Park area 66209.

Corey was very attentive and ordered the tires that I needed. He had the tire in within a day and provided excellent service!

Needed tires rotated, didn’t have an appointment. Left it and got called telling me it was done. Always quick in and out.
