Customer service is always great, workers are friendly and communicate well with me. I never have had better service at other car shops than Big O.

I had brakes, wheel bearings, door cylinders & (4) tires installed all on the same appointment. My vehicle is my office and they do everything possible to get it back to me as quick as possible.

There was a small problem with the handbrake on my Miata, and so I was suddenly worried about everything else. The first time I used the foot brake with any force, it just didn't seem right to me, and so thereafter I used it sparingly, afraid it would fail on me. I was told that is common the first few times the brakes are used, they don't feel right until the pads are worn to fit the rotors. (Twice brakes have totally failed on me, but Big O had nothing to do with those events. They just made me nervous.) So, I took it back, the handbrake was adjusted properly, and now the brakes work fine.

I am always treated like gold at Big O.

Associates were helpful and friendly from the phone call, to seeing me immediately and taking care of the issue at no charge. Just awesome every time I have gone in.

Service was great the only thing was they didn't put my center cap on. Which requires the lug nuts to be removed to put it on . But other than that it was great.

The associates were able to get me in the same day I called even though they were already completely booked. The mechanics took the time to look at my car because they thought it might be an axle going out. Rather than just replacing the axle, they took the time to try a simpler solution and fixed the problem. They didn't even charge me for it! Every time I go into Big O, I am blown away by their service and expertise. I will never go anywhere else.
