Very pleased with the service I received. They matched the price on the tires I wanted and installed them in the time they said they would. No high pressure sales for other items. I will come back.

We love Big O Tires! The location is so handy for us Perry people. And we always call first and they are ready for our vehicle when we pull up in the drive way. Never any waiting for service to begin. And the proximity to Dillon's is perfect. I can do my grocery shopping at Dillon's, come back, pay my bill and we are out of there in one easy stop. And customer service is still alive and well at Big O Tires in Lawrence. Great guys......great service. This place is a keeper for us and we have three vehicles to service. And great tire service works the same way at Big O. Try them..............you will never go to any place else.

Always top notch professional service

My husband called the Lawrence store when the dealership mistakenly ordered in the wrong tire on the eve of a big trip. My vehicle is a towing vehicle for my horse trailer so switching out for another vehicle was not possible. Out of time and out of options, he called Big O around 4 pm. The manager, Corey, said to bring the truck over and the crew would stay late in order to get me on the road. By the time it was all said and done, we weren't able to get the truck to them until after 5pm. Without complaint, they stayed and cheerfully put on four new tires while I waited. Our trip (and my daughter's horse event) was saved! Also, the truck drove great!

The staff was very professional, very quick turnaround time as well.

We were very impressed with the service and knowledge of their products. They were able to do the install of new tires without an appointment. We will certainly recommend them to family and friends.

This is the second time I've gone to Big O and both times I was highly satisfied. The main reason is how friendly the staff are and how thoroughly they explained everything, along with the outstanding communication throughout the service.

This place is awesome!

I called on a last minute need to have my truck looked at, tire balance, possibly need for an alignment. The associate offered to complete all on the day of drop off and explained they would need it for the rest of the day due to the schedule they are already trying to keep.

I assumed number 5 on the previous page was best on the scale. I don't mind giving a review when the service is this good. Thank you for your service.
