Service was excellent and employees were friendly. The only negative comment and it wasn't a big deal at all is, one of the service tech removed my son's basketball bag from the trunk either to replace the spare tire or to take the damaged tire out and the bag did not get put back in the trunk. My son went back to the store the following day and retrieved is bag. Honest mistake..

Great communication. Interact with women, including our teen and young 20's daughters, professionally and with respect, always willing to educate when asked and not intimidating. Great service and truly a great workforce. All the front desk folks are kind, patient, professional, knowledgable, attentive and give service with a smile. The best!

The staff were friendly. They checked my tires and reported back to me of what they were doing. They were able to help me when I needed help.

They got me in and out very quickly. When they couldn't find any issues with my tire they didn't charge for the labor to look at it so I was really happy.
