Big O Tires

Big O was recommended to me after I moved to this community. They have done a great job taking care of my vehicle, and this gives me peace of mind.

Quick and friendly service

On this last visit to Big O, I put on 4 new tires and did an alignment on my F150 4X4. I opted for the Big O brand tires and am very pleased with them. They look good. My truck drives much smoother and stops better. The people at Big O are always very nice to deal and work with you to make sure you get what you want and need done for your vehicle. They are always very busy, but also get you done when they say it will be done. Big O always gets my referrals when people ask where to take their vehicle. It's about service and value. They are the best of both, in my opinion.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable; they are very open to explaining work in detail to customers. My van had a really bad axle blowout (?), and it was fixed very quickly, and they were also happy to check on it after I returned from a long drive.

Stopped in to have a low tire filled and the tech suggested I have it looked at as it was unusually low pressure. I made an appointment for the very next day and was able to get the tire looked at. It had a piece of metal in the tire and was able to be repaired. Thank you.

I needed to replace a rim, staff was knowledgeable and did not try unnecessary upsales. 5/5, would recommend.

Had my car towed in due to a damaged tire. Big O folks were prompt and friendly and found a replacement tire that same day and fixed it at a fair price. I couldn't be happier with their service.

First visit there for new tires, I got them put on while I waited, heard the guys visiting with customers in person and on the phone, very kind, knowledgeable....I will be back to get my oil changed!! There is always good service at this location, there are never any problems. I have spoken with the owner several times and I like doing business with him.

I was satisfied because the tires I needed were in stock, and it took less than an hour to get the old tires off, and the new tires on when they were already busy. The price was great.

Cory and his team are always great! They remember me and my vehicle when I come in. They aren't pushy about trying to sell things to me, but they educate me on why something should be done or when it needs to be done. GOOD JOB!
