Everything was explained in detail about the issues my car has and what my future options were. I was very pleased with the work that was done.

30 miles from home and a non-repairable tire! Sunday afternoon to boot! We were at the mercy of this Big O but couldn't be more pleased. Friendly, caring, communicative, etc. Luckily a next door Arby's had food and BigO had a table with stools! They kept us informed and even smiled at us. They were more than busy with appointments and a couple other "drop-ins!" No- they couldn't replace the tire exactly, no they couldn't guarantee to get us out before closing- but we couldn't have been treated better. Shea (Assistant manager) was super nice, had smiles in the midst of heavy demand for service and helped us with our "refund" thru our local (Topeka) BigO because of our warranty! We'd go back, but "our" BigO is only two blocks away, rather than 30 miles. We were back on the road home in about two hours- thank you BigO- Lawrence, Kansas

I always get prompt service and am never pressured into doing more than what I came for. As a woman many times I have felt like I was getting pressured into doing extra work from a perceived lack of knowledge. At Big O in Lawrence I'm informed of what extra work may be on the horizon and that's it. I will continue to come back.

I didn't have an appointment but they got me in anyway, which was a huge relief, as my tire was flat. I'm super grateful for being worked into the schedule!

Courtesy, kindness, professionalism, real people persons, help in every sense of the word, bottles of water made available, coffee if I wanted some, comfortable seating, with tables and charging stations, amazing and incredible, very clean

Big O Tires is busy, because they are good. I usually schedule my oil change a few days in advance, because of that. When I do, I usually get a courtesy ride to my office, while they do all the work. That makes it easy for someone who doesn't get very much time off, like me, to not worry about having to find time to get the oil changed. This last time, they also rotated my tires. I just got my tires at Big O Tires and hadn't been keeping track of the mileage. I'm glad they do.

I was really happy that you had tires that met my need and were able to get the new tires on my truck on the same day without an appointment. Your staff is great and I'll see you next week for the oil change I scheduled.

I have been going to this store for over 20 years with all my vehicles. I appreciate that that Corey and the gang know their customers by name when you walk through the door. The staff is personable and professional. I plan on continuing to have my vehicles serviced at this store for another 20 yrs.

I was there less than a week ago to get my oil changed and tires rotated. I would recommend this place to anyone. The staff is wonderful and helpful from the beginning. I highly suggest giving them a call or stopping on by.

They provide the most comprehensive alignment service I have found. Used them before and tried others but have returned for this because of the high level of service regarding alignment.

They replaced my tires about a week ago and they did a fantastic job. Thank you guys!

While I was waiting off-site (Starbucks) I was called and told they did not have 4 of the tires I had ordered, but they offered to give a higher grade for the price I was quoted. Very pleased with their offer and quick service.
