Always friendly staff and I can get in and out with relatively no hassle. I have never had an issue with this business.

Customer service is big for me. This was my second time having my car serviced at this location. The employees were quick, polite, and explained the cost of each service upfront so I wasn't shocked when my car was ready.

I'm consistently pleased with the service I receive at this Big O Tire store. Corey is an outstanding businessman and person. The staff is always professional and friendly. And the best part is how well they take care of my vehicle. They only do and offer what is necessary.

When we called for the appointment, the staff was very helpful and helped us find tires that had a wonderful tread life on them without breaking the bank. When we dropped the car off the day before, we were told it would be about 5pm the day of when we would have the car back and they called with it done at 11:30am.
