The Big O Tires staff were extremely friendly and made me feel welcome as soon as I walked through the door. Light was on and came in for a tire pressure check. The young man advised I make an appointment to have my right rear tire checked as its pressure was far below the other three tires. I called and was easily able to get an appointment. Check-in was a breeze, I waited about an hour for my vehicle and took home the tiny nail they found in the tire. Price was very reasonable. The employees here are always courteous, knowledgeable and friendly.

I needed my flat tire fixed w/in a couple of hours. They got me in and out. I was very appreciative of this.

THEY IDENTIFIED A PROBLEM WITH A WHEEL THAT WAS LEAKING AIR THE SECOND TIME I BROUGHT IT BACK FOR THE LEAK. THERE WAS A MISCOMMUNICATION ABOUT WHICH WHEELS TO MOUNT NEW TIRES ON. I WAS PLEASED THEY WERE ABLE TO PROVIDE THE TIRES I WANTED.
