Their reputation was the reason and they absolutely delivered on every recommendation we heard. They are honest, flexible, responsive and communicate throughout the process from inspection to repair. I wasn't greeted at the car - they were slammed with customers. I didn't need an alignment check, because their inspection revealed an issue that would make realignment moot. I didn't need a credit card application - I already have one. Everyone is great and I really feel they are watching out for my best interests.
