We drove our preschool busses all the way from Overland Park to Lawrence just to have our vehicles serviced at this specific location. Their reputation was the reason and they absolutely delivered on every recommendation we heard. They are honest, flexible, responsive and communicate throughout the process from inspection to repair. Bought Big O tires a year ago and if I have any problems, you take care of it

I wasn't greeted at the car - they were slammed with customers. I didn't need an alignment check, because their inspection revealed an issue that would make realignment moot. I didn't need a credit card application - I already have one. Everyone is great and I really feel they are watching out for my best interests.

although I experienced a tire sensor failure shortly after having new tires mounted, the staff was helpful, professional and were able to make timely repairs that were a good value and I got my car back the same day--so I'm back on the road quickly.
