I've been a customer at Big O Tires for many years. The employees and owner always greet with a smile and truly want to treat you like family. They are thorough and interested in helping you maintain your vehicle for trouble free operation. Their mechanics are well-trained, work quickly, and talk you through every detail of your vehicle's inspection and repairs. The most important thing is that you can trust them. They are all very good people and the positive environment makes you feel more comfortable with your decision to do business with Big O Tires in Lawrence.

Devon got me an appointment as soon as possible. I dropped my car off on the morning and the worked on it before the scheduled time. They called to make sure that the work and price were acceptable before they did it. And when I picked it up, I received a through explanation.

I love how everyone is very friendly and the prices are quite reasonable. When I hang out in the waiting area, I never feel unwelcome.

The guys took care of my cars for years. Started using another company for convenience of location. That was a mistake. Just bought a new set of tires from Big O, and they welcomed me back like a prodigal customer. Never going anywhere else.

Great service with a decent supply/choice of tires. Tires I wanted were not in stocks but they price matched/upgraded tires to next tier.

I had a good experience at the Lawrence location. Only issue was that I asked for the rebate form with my receipt and didn't receive one. But I was able to go online and download it. I would recommend them again.

There were some loose clips holding the Cover over the oil pan that had come loose which allowed it to possibly get worse & cause noise as well as affect gas mileage. Dante visually showed me the problem and gave me recommendations regarding options to remove or repair. I like receiving coupons and was able to use it for the oil change.

There was some confusion about having an appointment. Once we figured that out, they got us taken care of within the hour. Really appreciate the great service.
