Everyone was so helpful when explaining everything to me. They also contacted me with recommendations of my vehicle and not just doing it. Then checked with me before doing anything besides the service i asked for. Will use them for everything when it comes to my vehicle from now on.

They went out of their way to get my replacement tire shipped in 4 days early, and this is very much appreciated. The quality of their service makes it difficult to get an appointment sometimes, but its worth the wait.

Devon was great to work with at Big O Tires in Lawrence. I originally took our truck in for a tire rotation. But, the tires we had on our truck were so worn down.Devon gave estimates on four different sets of tires and told me which one he would put on and I talked to my husband and we got them put on our truck. So far, so good.

My problem was explained to me, and it's supposed to be fixed. But to tell the truth, I won't really know if that water leak is totally gone or not for a while. I was told it will leak a little for a while, there's nothing can be done about that.

Corey, the manager, was able to help me on Friday before Memorial weekend. The shop was very busy with customers who were all trying to get out of town. Despite how busy they were Corey was still able to find time to fit me in and we were able to make our road trip. I really appreciated how they helped when it would have been easy to say no.
