Service was fine and everything was explained very well to me.

Everyone there was more than helpful getting me new tires! I also received other helpful advice that was greatly appreciated. I'll be coming here for all of my tire needs in the future!

Associate at the front desk (white glasses, lots of tattoos) was extremely friendly and accommodating. Great asset to your company.

Shay and Jeremiah were awesome. I had a couple flat mower tires that I dropped off before they closed and picked up early the next morning. Didn’t know you guys did mower tires too. Always great service at Big O.

After a flat tire in Kansas City the night before, we had parked our car at one of the Big-O locations in KC. The next day, we were informed they could not fit a tire fix in at the KC location. We managed to limp our car to the Big-O in Lawrence (where we are from). We were greeted with SUCH kindness and they got us in at 3:00 THAT DAY for four tires, alignment, AND oil change by 5:00 PM THE SAME DAY! The folks at Big-O in Lawrence are extremely kind and helpful, straightforward, and trustworthy. Thank you!

Car was new (approx 600 miles total on car) so no need for alignment. Greeted when I walked into store.

Service was great. D’ante helped us order new wheels and went over sizes that will accommodate my current (Big O) tires.

Steve called within moments of scheduling online to verify the vehicle's details, and actually made the suggestion to bring it in earlier to avoid an overnight. Davion who took my incoming and outgoing paperwork was very helpful on the range of oils and other products to be used, and walked through all the findings of inspection. My wait was a little over the estimate, and a discount was applied which was very generous.
