Every time I come here the associates are polite and professional. They explain the issues and provide a solution with accurate pricing when possible. One associate was a little short today, which I can understand as just because I was in the day before having it serviced doesn’t mean the issue that arose was a result of that work. That conversation can also make other customers waiting uncomfortable or doubt the service they are receiving.

Incredible customer service. Same day delivery of a tire when the flat was clearly unrepairable. A careful explanation of the type of damage and possible cause. Follow up phone call to check on satisfaction was a total surprise but the ultimate example of caring about customers.

The employees at mg Big O tire location are SUPER friendly. Very knowledgeable and professional. I will always be a big O customer here in Lawrence kS!

Met appointment time and good job

I'm highly dissatisfied not satisfied. Went in for an oil change and allegedly my wheel bearing and a couple other things are going out? Quoted me $800+ to fix it, well over $240 for wheel bearings alone. Took it to another shop on Iowa and no such issue existed. I suspect this location tried to upsell me. Wish I hadn't bought tires here now and suspect a prior service where I was told my throttle body was bad isn't accurate either.

The service is always friendly. They tell you exactly what the issue is but don't pressure you to buy a service that is not needed. I am confident that they don't create issues to make more money. They are honest and reliable. I feel confident with the integrity of this team.

We are thankful for Big O Tires.My husband's tire was patched and he was back up and running in no time. We use Big O Tires for oil changes, new tires, and their tire service. I appreciate the customer service. The best customer service is when Cory is there!He remembers your name and seems to really care about each person that enters the store. It is definitely noticed. they were able to work me in without an appointment for tire repair

Didn't have an appointment and they were closing within an hour and a half of my arrival. I was expecting to be there for an hour because I was having 2 tires put on, but they had me in and out in about 30 minutes. Definitely going back and will refer others to them.

Good Service!

I have no reason to think repairs recommended were unnecessary, however it is not really possible for me to validate the repairs made. Again I trust that what was done was needed but it would help me understand what was done and why if the old parts were showed to me next to a new part, or an acceptable part. The customer service was excellent and the repairs were made in an acceptable time frame. The cost of repairs and parts was reasonable and aligned with expectations.

Work was done quickly. An issue I was not aware of was fixed using the warranty on the parts.
