I had recently got my service sheet from a dealer. I went to Big O tire to compare prices. They not only quoted me a lower price but noted work that needed not be done that the dealer said were in the red.

It kills me that I cannot for the life of me remember his name, but my car broke down after hitting a massive pothole in town. I got it towed and a younger gentleman helped me find good quality parts for a very reasonable price. I was from out of town with loads of time to kill (car arrived on the lot at 7am and didnt leave the lot till 330pm) he recommended some places within walking distance for lunch and was an incredible friendly dude. Checked up on me multiple times to see how I was and where the parts were in transit. 110% on customer care. If I ever break down in lawrence again I know exactly where I'm going to go.

Had to tow my car (flat tire - no spare) to their parking lot (Lawrence, KS.) due to it being late on a Saturday night. So glad that they are open on weekends. Also, I like the on-line appointment scheduling option (I used it). On Sunday morning, was able to walk it and talk to an associate about purchasing new tires within minutes of arriving. Associate tried his best to find the tires I needed (limited availability due to type of car) at the best price. Was able to have them delivered and installed by Tuesday. Great job. I will definitely return and recommend.
