Very I knowledgeable and friendly employees who care and try to help problem solve. You don’t feel you are being pressured into an upsell but they will alert you to issues and give you pricing in advance to prepare. I also go here for tires and alignments etc.

I am terrible with names but I received great service from the representative that checked me in and finished up my ticket. He gave me a rough estimate on how long it would take to finish my vehicle and they were actually done quicker than estimated (on what appeared to be a busy time of day where I just drove in to the shop.) I give a big thumbs up to the entire team.

Big O Tires on North 6th St. in Lawrence, KS were some of the most professional people I’ve encountered. They explained what was needed, accepting of what I needed, and didn’t try to persuade or up sell me on things I didn’t need or could not afford. Top notch crew working the counter and in the shop.
