Big O Tires

I have the third set of Big O tires on my 2004 honda Odyssey (178,000 miles). The tires are great and the service even better!

The young man that is the manager is incredibly professional. This is the third set of tire's I've purchased at the Lawrence KS Big O in the last two years. This is the best tire store I've used in 35 years of driving.

The service I received was perfect, every detail was explained (I had to replace a tire I had no idea needed to be replaced, thankfully they found the problem, and it was solved before it could have become a huge issue). All the employees were truly kind, and cared about the safety of my vehicle. I appreciated their wonderful service, and how it really felt they "cared" about the safety of the car and driver/passengers. I had been a loyal customer elsewhere for years, but they said it would be "too much to fix". How "too much to fix" is a fix, that I got for $620 at Big O's, I even put on my social media so friends would know where to go, and who to truly trust.

Had good service, said I didn't need a new wheel when I thought I might, saved me money.

The employees are very personable and great to work with. I trust all my cars with them. They are good to fit me in even if I don't have an appointment.

The friendly service at the desk. And be able to schedule an appointment early. And the front office was very clean. But I noticed the work bays we're a little messy. My husband was a mechanic for years so I was observative this. Also I didn't see where they checked the tire pressure. I appreciate your all of your service thank you.

It was a Sunday and big o was open. I was so glad it was open to have my tire repaired. Had it done within an hour. Not many tire places open on a Sunday and it was busy.

Very easy to deal with

Great service, quality repair, good communication. Now if I can just locate my sunglasses! I had them in car when I left it, can't find them now. I'll check with them to see if they might be in store somewhere

This service was to check why an Alternator that had been placed in the vehicle the day before did not correct the problem. I was very satisfied because they were able to fit me in on a Saturday & the NEXT day to determine the cause. Everyone was very polite & explained to my understanding & did not charge me for the service.
