Fast friendly all around good customer service

My husband and I have been going to big O in Lawrence for several years now our daughter goes. There's nothing that I can say that's wrong they're a great group of people always very friendly in person and on the phone always tries to accommodate and I've never had any complaints after their service definitely will be going for years to come

They found a problem with the muffler and were able to order the new muffler and install the following morning, They provided me with an uber home since I needed to leave it over night

Big O Tires in Lawrence always gets me in and out on time. When I make an appointment for service, they always get it started on time and finished when they say. When done, they go over everything they saw while doing your service. Fortunately, it has been mostly good. Customer service is always great at Big O Tires.
