I made an appointment online, which was very easy, and showed up at my scheduled time. It took about an hour for oil change and tire rotation. There were the basic recommendations made by the technician. Everyone was very friendly and efficient. I will be returning to this location.

They always have the size of tires I need and are very accurate on how long it takes.

I came in with a very specific request, but the guys still gave all my tires a look and I'm glad they did. Even though they knew I wasn't going to have but one tire put on by them, the guys still brought me out and showed me how nearly all my tires were going bad and even told me why. Turns out my problem was much worse than expected. Without them flagging my actual problems (bad struts, among other more serious problems)--even though they knew I wasn't going to pay them to fix those problems--I could've ended up in a wreck....

My tire was low for the second time. While adding air, I noticed a screw in the tire. I called Big O Tires and was told they would take care of me while I waited. My husband is in the hospital so I really appreciated the prompt service. I would definitely do business with them again.

I love my local Big O and rely in them for all of my mechanical needs. This time it was just routine - oil change and tire rotation on my Subaru and my Fiat. The work was done quickly and professionally. They guys behind the counter know me and greet me by name. They know my cars. I always feel like a valued customer. Prices are reasonable and I never feel like I'm being pressed to do anything that isn't necessary.
