i got new tires put on my car in march . Right after my whole front end of my truck was redone. brakes rotors tire rods control arms , etc... Then when I came in and got the tires I got an Alignment to. Who ever worked on my Truck forgot as protocol to check all the parts to the tires and brakes to make sure they are tight and on correctly. So last Friday i noticed that my brand new tires on the front were wore to the T. OMG . I was so angry . So before I went back I went around town and got my car checked out . come to find out the tire rods were lose and were not tighten before alignment was done. So I took my truck in to Big O Tires and told them. They replaced my two tires and tighten the loose tire rods that made the tires wear and refunded me my Alignment money of 87.00. Now that's a company that owns up to there mistakes, and I thank them dearly..

Everything was perfect, and they let me know that my dealership was lying to me when they said I needed a particular service.

We have always had a positive expression when doing business with Big O tires in Lawrence. Their team is always friendly and knowledgeable and we trust that the job will be completed correctly and on time.

I called and asked if I could get an Oil and Filter change and that I was worried about one of my tires. They said if I could drop my car off they would get it done. I was so thankful for that because I was panicked about my tire. I dropped it off and they said we will call you if we need to, if not we will have it fixed sometime today. I had gone to another place (4) times and told them I was stressed over having to always put air in my tire but they said there was nothing wrong. Big Ole Tire in Lawrence found a slow leak and went ahead and sealed the tire for me. When they called and told me we finished you Oil and Filter Change, rotated your tires and fixed the tire I was so relieved. I had friends from out of town that had a bad tire and we ran it up to Big O Tire and they fixed it! The Staff is amazing and fun. I just really appreciated them being so nice. Thank you, Denise I will always go back to Big O Tire in Lawrence Kansas and refer them to my friends! I just really appreciated the getting my car taken care of and taking the time to fix my tire. They also told me to come in any time if anything with the tires don't feel right and we will seal it again.

Called ahead regarding a battery and was told it would take about 30 minutes by Steve. Showed up and the waiting area was full and I thought it might take longer. Was delighted that my battery was installed in about 20 minutes even though they were very busy. Awesome service!!!! I will be back for future business.

I love the service, the attention the desk people give me, the friendlyness of the desk people, the completed work and the waiting room is clean and comfy.

Always have a great experience with Cory and his staff, but my latest one warrants more description. On a snowy day, my Buick Enclave was not holding the road well at all. As I walked in to Big O with white knuckles from my drive to the store, Cory volunteered to get in the car and go for a spin. He noticed the traction control was malfunctioning right away. He and his staff went right to work, readjusted the sensors and got me back on the rode. The vehicle performance was noticeably better. Tremendous service! These guys walk the walk of what it means to be a service oriented business.

I called to request an appointment and it was handled quickly. Upon entering the store I was immediately greeted even though there were customers before me. The wait time was not long before I was helped at the desk. The staff was courteous and quick. The service (tire rotation) was completed before the time promised, which is nice. The checkout was quick and courteous. Overall, a good experience.
