Mr. Mitchell is always exceptional.

We’ve come here for over 3 years now and always have a great experience. A few years ago my wife’s vehicle was stolen and once recovered by authorities we took it to this location and they checked everything over (alignment, tires. Oil, etc) and they didn’t charge us a dime. Always fantastic customer service and a super clean store.

I originally went in just for a brake check, but needed to get my brakes fix. They said they can do it now and don’t need to make another appointment. Went fast. Less than an hour. In and out.

I've been coming to Big O for a number of years - with a number of cars (an Equinox, an Impala, a Hyundai, a Thunderbird, a Subaru, and a Fiat). I am always greeted by the staff and treated with courtesy and kindness. I have never been pressured to have work done that wasn't necessary and the work I do get done is done quickly. The prices are reasonable - I never feel I'm being gouged. I have recommended Big O to friends and will continue to do so. It's good to have a mechanic in whom I have confidence and trust.

We scheduled a Sunday appointment, dropped it off on Saturday afternoon and received a call later that day that the work had been completed. All staff on duty Saturday knew my name (I've been with Big O since before it was Big O). Picked it up the following day without any trouble.

Scheduling my appointment was easy to do online. I received a call the day prior to that appointment confirming my tires had arrived and appointment was good to go. On arrival, I was pleasantly greeted by staff and check in was prompt. I was communicated with during the service and after. Everything explained simply to understand. At no time was I pressured to purchase more than I originally requested or for additional services making the visit to Big O’s pleasant and very satisfactory both in service provided and costumer service. I will definitely be back and have already shared my experience and recommendations to my family and coworkers. Thank you for the great service!

I was thoroughly impressed with the way Big O runs their company. The customer service was superb, the service top rate; not just with myself but everyone who walked in their door, a steady stream of folks, and I know why. I will definitely be returning and recommending them.

It was a walk-in visit to request wind-shield wipers and Devon took care of it immediately & I also needed the tire-pressure checked which was done & while the vehicle was there they checked the oil & radiator fluid
