Excellent service. I would have hated being greeted at my car, or being offered a credit card application. They did not do it and I am thankful. Very good service, very good people and expertise.

I live out of town on a Sunday and was in a pickle with a car spewing oil everywhere. Steve and his team fixed me up right away. I came in late on Sunday and Steve identified the problem, ordered the part and got me on the rack first thing Monday morning. I was on the road by 930. What a great group of guys. Thanks a ton.

Friendly staff and overall great experience

Rich Brown was VERY helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We bought 8 tires on Monday from the Lawrence store. Not only did they treat me well, but I saw them treating everyone with the upmost professionalism. Thanks Big O.

5 out of 5 I have never been excited to write a review before. Big O on 6th St in Lawrence, KS changed that! From my very first contact to my final one I was treated with the utmost respect and care. The guys did not try to push anything on me, but listened to my concerns, helped me choose the best product for my needs and spoke in clear terms as to the work that was needed and why. In addition the workmanship was superb and my car drives like a dream with a wonderful alignment. Thank you so much for your patience and for meeting my request for double checking bolt torques without rolling your eyes.

Everything went smoothly

Was greeted nicely, was told when the service would be done in fact finished earlier than expected and that fit my schedule much better. Pricing is competitive and fair. Will plan on bringing my other car for service here as well.

There are several reasons including; 1. Competitively less charges in town 2. Previously experienced at the same place with friendly crew, fair service time and tidy waiting area 3. Fast service, etc.

I brought my daughter's car in at 7:10 on Saturday morning knowing the store did not open until 7:30. When the gentleman came to open around 7:15 I asked him how long after opening it would be before someone would be able to fix a flat tire for me. He said they could probably get me in first thing and, sure enough, by 7:25 they had the car in and fixed me up and back on the road in a short time. I appreciate the prompt attention.

The people working at this store are so friendly and they did everything that needed to be done in the time frame they told us it would be done.
