Ability to get in for service quickly. Every person I spoke with was very helpful and kind.

I have always received friendly, fast and professional service at Big O. I will occasionally use another company for car repair needs, but in most cases Big O (and this store in particular) has been my "go to" auto service, because I am treated with respect, receive quality service at a reasonable price, and feel they do not try to do more work than necessary in order to generate more revenue.

Customer service was extremely friendly. They got my car in immediately and it was fixed that day. I had multiple problems and they thoroughly explained them to me and helped me feel comfortable in continuing my service with them.

Corey runs a tip-top outfit! Always appreciate his bedside manner with customers and willingness to listen and do the right thing!

They were quicker than they had quoted me to get my service done. Which is important because I had my seven-year-old daughter with me waiting. They helped greatly with explaining the services that my car needed and getting me quotes for those future repairs.

I've been going to the Lawrence Big O for years. It is consistently excellent and the employees are great to deal with. Everyone knows their stuff and I regularly get my car back sooner than promised.

Fast Friendly service!

My engine started smoking blocks away from Big O. We drove directly there and Devon came out to check the engine. He offered a loaner car to get us home but we had family in area to come get us. He got the car worked on and we picked up next morning when my husband took his in for scheduled maintenance. We frequently refer people to Big O due to friendliness and good work.

I had purchased a new set of tires at the Lawrence store 9 months ago. I was making my morning 45-minute commute to work when I hit something that punctured my tire. I got my spare on and continued to work. Since a spare is only good for a limited number of miles AND I had already used about 75 of those miles just getting to work and getting home, I needed a fix. I went to the Big O store early the next morning; I explained my situation and that I had a a webinar I was hosting with 100+ participants later that morning. I had to get to work. Although they were jammed that morning, they worked me in, repaired my tire and had me on my way in under 45 minutes. Fantastic! Thanks.
