I was offered an alignment check but it was not stated it was free. It hadn't been too long since I had one done so I said no but if I had known it was free I might have had it done. Overall, very impressed with my first experience at Big O. We have been pretty loyal EnTire customer for many years with our vehicles but have recently been increasingly disappointed so I was looking for options and decided to give Big O a try. I was however disappointed that I saw the $19.95 special oil change so I called to add it to my appointment and asked if it was valid at your store and was told yes but I was charged $31.45 and didn't realize it until looking over the bill later. That was a little disappointing. I am looking for a place I can trust, is honest, will take care of us and not feel like I am being taken advantage of. Maybe I am not being realistic. As I waited I couldn't help but be very impressed I with Cory's customer service, personal relation skills with the customers.
