The salesperson at the desk was helpful, especially in answering my questions about the tire warranty (which I opted for). A technician was extremely helpful in adding more air in all four tires after i drove the vehicle about 2 miles and discovered that the new tires had only been inflated to about 32 psi instead of the manufacturer 36 psi that I had asked the tires to be inflated to. Great communication about my appointment before I came in (two tires had to be purchased from another source, as they were not available in BigOTires warehouse). Great follow-up communication.
