Great service with honest discussion of any issues. Prices are fair and discussed openly. Absolutely no surprise costs at the end of service. Great place.

It was just an overall great experience. I spoke with Emily on the phone and explained what I was looking for service wise. She informed me that all of the appointments were booked for the Saturday I was looking at but they would work it in if I could leave the car with them. I dropped it off first thing in the morning and the store called me when the car was ready for me a couple hours later.

Very professional, employee's were courteous and respectful while I was waiting for my vehicle, not only to me, but to the other clients who were in the shop. John and Rich were both busy on phones with customers, helping customers in the shop, and still acknowledged the customers who were walking in the door and waiting in line for service.
