Big O Tires

I wax a walk in tire repair and considering they were busy they got me taken care of without an inappropriate amount of wait time.

I have used Big O for quite some time. I feel they do quality work and I know an area mgr here.

Very friendly and completed everything under 1 hour! For social distancing they even had chairs outside in the shade. I will definitely return to Big-O tires when needed.

On time. Everyone offered any assistance if needed. Felt like I was only customer in store.

I was in a hurry to get to Topeka for an appointment, and it was raining a bit. Then, the driver's side windshield wiper blade fell all apart. I didn't have much time, I stopped by, and one of the men at the desk got new wipers on my 2014 Mustang on really fast, so I wasn't late in Topeka. The wipers work great.

I trust big o tires to provide the services I need for my vehicles. For this visit in particular, I appreciated the discounts they gave and how they handled unexpected repairs during the visit. I am glad they were upfront enough about the needed service to confront me again about a recommendation even though I had initially declined the repair.

Rich is great there. I usually just talk to him and he always takes care of me. A+ everybody!

There was a problem with the work but after a very reasonable conversation fixes were made and everything is as it should be.

Another great experience at Big O Tires. I had a tire with a slow leak. A nail was found in the sidewall and could not be repaired. They ordered the tire in from the Topeka store.They put on the 'donut' spare and I left the old tire and rim with them. The new tire arrived, was mounted on the rim and I went in to have it put on the car. Great staff, very personable and accommodating. Thanks so much!!!

The associates listened to my questions and concerns, and walked me through what it would look like to add any services and what those services would entail. I felt very confident making my decision based on their recommendations. I did not feel like they were trying to upcharge me at any time.

thorough and quick appointment, very good staff

It took a while for the technician to start on my vehicle but given the circumstances I didn't have to wait long. This experience was a much more friendly one than I've had at Discount Tire. Shea is a solid leader: organized, thoughtful, concise and professional are a few words I would use to describe her. I'll be coming back.

The waiting room was clean, front desk person told me how long the work would take. It took that long. The deal staff was pleasant. Only one slightly grumpy lady when I scheduled through the phone Did not have to deal with an endless phone menu when making an appt. A real person was available. Quick service while waiting. Clean bathroom.

I appreciate that the staff works to find the most affordable cost for repairs on older vehicles, and doesn't insist on me fixing the many other broken/shoddy elements on the car if they don't make the car unsafe to drive.
