Cory...Your staff did a great job servicing my 2006 Nissan Xterra. I came in for a routine rotation and balance for my tires and your staff repaired/fixed my flashing low tire icon flashing on my dash without me asking them to do so and for no charge. You guys do a great job!! Thank you for your professional service.

I like the tire/ alignment package program. They caught the deterioration of the timing belt on inspection & gave me a very fair price. Getting appointment first thing in morning gets me best wait time.

This was second time I took my car there for oil change. First experience wasn't great but the manager made it right. So trying them again, I again dropped my car off knowing they could have it all day as I was headed out of town. This time instead of car not being done until after hours, they called a couple hours later that it was done. Was much more impressed this time!

I have been a customer at this Big-O location for years, since it opened in fact, and we've always had excellent service and we have nver sold anything that we did not need. I find the staff to be honest and willing to help you in any way letting you know that you need new tires not today but in a coming time perhaps six months down the line, things like that. They do not force things on you unnecessarily, that is the kind of service that keeps me coming back I know I will be treated fairly. The business is always very neat clean and the restrooms are immaculate. At this point in time the guys know me by name when I come in, you can easily say that I'm a regular!

The speedometer on my '98 Mazda truck stopped working. They diagnosed the problem and suggested a fix. They got the part in in a timely manner and were able to replace it that same day. The staff is knowledgeable, professional and courteous.

Devon was most helpful in advising me which would be the best value for my vehicle: BF Goodrich Advantage Control and he was able to have them in the next day with immediate installation along with a front brake job and complete oil change all at the same time.
