Big O Tires

Thanks, Cory for getting my niece's car in to check her alignment so quickly! After she was hit in KC on the way here for a visit, we were concerned having her drive back without having it checked first. Good news, everything alignment-wise was fine and you got her back on the road and home safely.

Staff went out of the way in servicing my truck. They personally dropped me off at home when I was w/out a ride. Just great service, good people!

It was relatively easy to schedule an appointment online. Based on the number if other patrons already waiting, I thought my wait was acceptable. I didn’t wait long, at all though.

Great trip

We got a flat while we were out running errands. We stopped at Big O and we got right in. We had purchased the insurance when we bought the tires and it saved us more than $200! We walked to the grocery store and did our shopping while they replaced the tire and we were on our way in less than an hour.

Best tire place in town! I went in for an alignment and they discovered one of my tires has a slipped belt and were able to offer me a really good deal on a set of new tires. The alignment and the tires were both very affordable and done very quickly. Very courteous and professional staff
