I trust no one else with checking my tires. They are very thorough and I feel confident when I leave, that they are ok to go.

Came in an hour before closing for a nail in Tire, Big O able to fit my car in to get tire patched and on my way in about 30 min. I use Big O for all my routine maintenance and they have done more extensive work on my teens school cars all at reasonable rates

Every time I get service done at this Big O store I'm impressed with the customer service I receive.This last time was no exception.Your sales rep I talked to explained what he could do for me,and also priced the job for me before work began.When I had a specific job question the rep called in the tech who was most likely to do the job and he explained the answer to me in a way I could easily understand.I was told a realistic time frame for the job to be done,(which I appreciate very much),and the job was done within that time frame. When I picked up my vehicle I was surprised to learn that the sales rep had found a discount I could use so my final bill was less than the original quote. Winner!! Now THATS what I call great customer service! Since this Big O does more for my vehicle than just tires,I'll be checking with them first for all my vehicle service needs. I have driven on Big O tires for years and have always been satisfied with their Follow-on service, rotations, etc. Just had my wife's and my car in for service and, they are always right on schedule with their appointments - no waiting.
