Big O Tires

These guys always find time to fit me in for any service I need. I really appreciate how they only fix what is broken and don't try to sell me something I don't need. Thank you guys!

I purchased from another Amazon a trailer tire, and brought my old trailer tire / wheel to get new tire mounted. Doug had quoted me $30 in advance, and another well know tire shop (Performance) had quoted me $40 so I went to big O. I told Doug I wanted to be in and out quickly, and my tire was taken care of as soon as I arrived - I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.

I'm always treated with respect and am happy with the service I receive at Big O.

My car required very specific alignment instructions. Big-O did everything they could to meet these specs. Big-O gave me a print out of the before and after of the alignment.

Did not have the tires in stock but ordered them from other location.

I called Saturday morning for an oil change. I brought it in, left it and it was done in just over an hour!They called and I picked it up at my leisure. The staff was excellent. I enjoy coming here!

Doug explained to me what was going on with Tina's Berry car and if the car gear shifts to neutral to pull over, shut if off and restart. Which I passed on to Tina. Much appreciated his time .
