I took a Big O Big Foot AT in to get looked at due to a puncture. The tire was deemed to be bad and needed to be replaced. The warranty process was painless and simple. Out the door in about 30 minutes. Great job Big O Topeka team.

We have always liked working with BigO tires. They are not pushy but also help get everything done you want done.

They were quick to check me in and start on my oil change. Time went by quickly. While the young man was explaining the good and bad of what they found another young man came out with the keys. Each item needing done was given a time frame that that work should be done before it could cause major problems. I appreciate that.
