Big O Tires

I live out of state and always get my oil changed at Big O when I come back to Topeka.My car was in the shop for a full hour and a half (I did have an appointment).I witnessed the employee who worked on my car clean the oil dipstick twice on his shirt, then proceed to get into my car.When I got my car back, there was grease on my seat, the steering wheel, and carpet floor mats.I had to go back and ask for a rag to clean my car.They sent the same guy out to clean it that changed my oil.No way I'm letting him back in my car.I cleaned it myself.I was a long time loyal customer -never going back!

We had an out of state situation with no Big O representation in our state. Dutch stepped up and provided an agreeable replacement tire for us. Outstanding person.

I bought 4 NEW Big O Tires and had nothing but problems.Three of the 4 tires were losing air (during the cold months November-February. Brought my car in several times to have tires checked to be looked at. Twice after I had them looked at, within a few days I was stranded (Tires went flat and came off the rim of tire.) One time is was 27 degrees below 0 windhill, coldest day of the year. What makes me mad, as I was stranded TWICE over a couple of years. (when I had taken the time to have them looked at) I won't ever be going there again.

Bought my tires from here last fall and purchased road hazard and contacted them on Monday morning as soon as they opened to see when I could get a nail taken out of my tire and have it repaired this is a vehicle I use over 100 miles a day for work and it was leaking air in the tire they told me they couldn't get me in until Wednesday. How safe would it have been on the highway for me or God forbid my family if it had went flat while driving because I couldn't get it repaired. Guess I learned my lesson on buying tires from here ever again.

I came in and went out with no major issues. Customer service was great.

Made an appointment with them at 2 o'clock one day to get my brake pads replaced and to change my oil and my car wasn't done until noon the next day.

Aaron was very helpful and explained everything perfectly. 2 other places said it would take 3-5 days to get my tires, Aaron / Big-O got the tires the same day and it was cheaper than the other stores.

They got me in earlier than my appointment and delivered every thing they said they would. I appreciate people returning phone calls. I would do business with the again.

Ted and I love bringing our vehicles to Big O. We feel really confident that they are being honest and efficient in working on our vehicles. This past week, Nathan worked extra hard for us, when we needed a part installed on a used vehicle we had purchased for our son. He had the part located, delivered, and installed in time for me to make the trip to Hutch to our son with the car. Thank you.

Love driving my car again.No more weird noises and I can actually stop now.

I Love each and every one of them guys they are the Best Of The Best in Topeka Ks. When my car would not start they arranged for AAA to pick my car up, I needed a new starter my car was ready in couple hours. And I got a $50 rebate. I pray that Big O never leaves Topeka. ********** 10 STAR RATEING .
