Big O Tires

Made appointment to have 4 new tires put on at 4:00 pm. Sat and watched 6 people who came in after me leave before me. Finally, after inquiring about my tire installation, and checking at the window three times to see no service being done on my vehicle, about 5:00 someone started work. When my truck came out for me to get into there was white goo all over the tires around the rims. Anger at my asking the tires to be cleaned. Totally rude manager, ineffective and condescending. I finally left about 5:45. Total Terrible experience. I plan on speaking about this at my area neighborhood association next month--if nothing else for comic relief. What a joke your business is.

Had new tires and shocks installed on 8/6/2016. Bought the Big-O brand you can't beat there warranty.

Had an oil change and tire rotation performed. I asked the person helping me at the register to make sure they fill the power steering fluid, as I noticed it was very low. He wrote it on the ticket. I went back and re-reminded him, just to make sure. Then when I paid for the service, I asked if they filled the power steering fluid. He said, yes. In a day or so, I checked and saw that they DID NOT top off the power steering, NOR did they rotate or even check the tire inflation, (as they were at the same level when I pulled it in for service). After I inflated the tires myself at home with a hand pump, I decided to call the mgr and went all the way back across town to have them fill the steering fluid reservoir. They were apologetic and professional and filled it right away. I was VERY disappointed that the mechanic failed to notice the request AND did not rotate or even inflate the tires. Big O management should occasionally remind their techs to read the ticket completely, and make sure that they perform "top notch" on every job, to keep people coming back. Management should of also noticed that I was urging them to make sure the steering fluid was topped off, and they should have recognized this and walked out to the mechanic to assure that task was completed. It's hard to gain repeating customers, but very easy to lose them.

Fast. Friendly. Fair. These guys are knowledgeable and super friendly, and do SO much more than just tires. My mom had referred me to Dutch and the Big O team to begin with (which I REALLY appreciated Dutch taking such time and good care of my mom) I brought my car in once when I needed a quick turnaround & my regular mechanic didn't have time for 2 weeks. They were great and now I've come to rely on them for all our vehicles for nearly everything from oil changes & tires to alternators & air conditioning repair and more. I recommend them to everyone. :^)

Entered the store to have 4 new tire installed, ask how long approximately was told 1 hour maybe an hour and 5 mins after and hour and 20 mins I inquired about my car, was told 20 more mins I patiently waited 45 more minutes when was told that the tech had put dirty tires in my car since I was keeping them all while I had my truck there waiting for my old tires then I was informed "our"� computers are down and have been for over 45 mins I then had to wait even longer to receive a receipt receipt after over 2 in this store I was highly disappointed in how everything was handled

Needed to be in and out due to a busy schedule. I was able to get my oil changed and tires rotated in less time than I had planned for.

Air conditioning was leaking on carpet they blew it out once and said to bring back if it continuedso we did and they charged my step daughter again for it and it is still dripping on the carpet. So it is still not fixed.

I scheduled appointment for an alignment and to have one of my tires looked at. One hour after my appointment, they said my car was done. As soon as I started driving, my car starts pulling to the right - still. They didn't do the alignment! They just checked the tire which for some odd reason took an hour. I called and complained. They wanted me to come back right away but I had to be somewhere. If it wasn't for I had paid for a one year alignment w/ NTB from where I lived in a different state that is still good, I would avoid this place. One thing for sure, this place is no where close to the customer service I received at NTB, which I went to for over 7 yrs. I will definitely be going somewhere else for now on.

Please with my tire purchase, I would use them again!

Dropped our truck off this morning for a tire change out. We asked. Will it be done today, it's our only other vehicle and we both work so have to have it today. Guy said yes will be done around 5:30 pm. No phone call or anything so we go back up. Made it after closing and just assumed it was done and they forgot to call so we would use our spare key and pick the truck up. Not only is it not done, as in no new tires are on it. But the truck is locked inside the bay where we can't even get it!!!!!! No one called to warn us we won't have our second vehicle to be able to go to work tomorrow. No one called to let us know they wouldn't do the job in the time or even same day as they said they would. Why did we go without a truck all day for them to not even get to it?! Now we have one car and I left work things in the truck because we were promised it would be done today!!!! I am livid and will be sure to NEVER use this store again and will NEVER reccomendation to anyone. Bad bad BAD BUSINESS.

Terrible store bought tires worth $700.00 took them longer than 3 hours to install. When I drove home my van shook badly. Called them make an appointment to get them to rebalance. It turns out on of the tires we so bad they could not balance it they had to replace the tire. Why did they not do it in the first place. It still took them with an appointment 2 hours to balance

I feel like they really care about taking care of my car.

I have always had good service or so I thought. I bought 4 tires and assumed since I wasn't asked that road hazard was included in the price. Dropped a tire off this morning to be repaired. They couldn't because the problem was in the sidewall. That is when I found out that there was no road hazard and I had to buy a new tire - and the tire was less than 6 months old! As a single person, purchases like this have to be budgeted and this was not. Very unhappy customer right now. I should be more than $9.00 off the price of a new tire. I should get a new tire at no cost. Now I have to figure out how to come up with the $13.95 per tire to get road hazard on the remaining tires.

Quick service! Good prices! Love the guys at Big O Topeka! They are honest and forthright. I feel that they do a great job. Mechanics at Big O Topeka are Top Notch! Highly recommend them. We have 5 cars under their care.

I bought 4 NEW Big O Tires for my car and have had nothing but problems. I bought them right before the winter. That first winter I had NO PROBLEMS. The first year NO PROBLEMS! After that first year, NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS with 3 of my 4 tires. 3 of the 4 tires were leaking air during the winter months (NOVEMBER TO FEBRUARY) over a three year period. My tires were not leaking air the other months of the year. (MARCH to OCTOBER). Just when it was cold. Brought in my car several times to fix leaks. Everytime 3 to 5 days later (AFTER BIG O TIRES CHECKED THEM FOR LEAKS) I had to put more air in my tires. On December 21, 2016, I told them my tires were leaking again, especially my right front tire. 5 days later and 6 days later after that, I had to put more air in all of my tires but one. On January 6, 2017, I had three different tires go flat within 10 hours! Let me repeat! 3 dfferent tires went flat in 10 hours. One tire was so flat the tire came off the rim. The tire that came off the rim was the tire I had them especially check on December 21, 2016. That was the same tire I had replaced earlier because it was under warranty . I just bought a new set of tires somewhere else (LAST SATURDAY) and I am done with this place. Two times I was STRANDED (LAST YEAR when it was 27 below wind chill index with a flat tire) (TIRE CAME OFF THE RIM) and on Jamuary 6, 2017 of this year with three flat tires. I am not one to trash a business. I took preventive measures both times to have my tires checked with Big O Tires when I had tires leaking. Both times I found myself stranded with my car because of their inability to fix leaks on my tires. All the Unneccessary expenses with towing charges, to all the time I had to spend dealing with these problems. If I had leaks and did not have my car taken to Big O to fix the problem, that would be one thing. That is not what happened here. My car was (STRANDED TWICE) after I had take preventive measures 3 to 5 days earlier to have my tires checked.

I've been tacking my car to Big O for years and it's a 2001 and still runs good. thanks Big O.

I bought a set of tires for my daughters Chrysler and was satisfied. Tires were more expensive than other stores but I decided to pay the difference. The help did a good sales job. I took my Buick in for service the next week and was dismayed when the wiper blades weren't checked. The down pour an hour later was an adventure. I assumed there was a check list when cars were serviced but I must be mistaken. I wanted the car serviced, not just an oil change. I can change oil at home for $10. I'm disappointed with Big O and will continue searching for a different place to have my cars serviced.

I got 4 new tires and I brought it back for the tire rotate and balance after 3000 miles check up.It was great and they did not try to sell me any thing.
