Big O Tires

I scheduled an appointment for the 4th time to have a tire looked at because my tire pressure light continously comes on. The last time I had it looked at I left my car there for 5 hrs and when I came back for it they hadn't even started. This past time I scheduled another appointment and told them I'd wait. He said oh its fine it shouldn't take more then 30 mins. After sitting there for 30 mins and noticing my car hadn't moved I went to inquire. The gentleman at the desk apologized and said he would make sure it was started next. In the end i waited there for 1hr 45min. I don't see why I bothered making an appointment.

It's never fun finding out something is wrong with your car, but it is always nice to know that when something does go wrong, you've found people you can trust to fix it. Big O Tires went above and beyond to show me the problem, make sure I understood what needed to be fixed, and offered the lowest quote for the repair. I can't really see me taking my car anywhere else from here on out.

Nathan was very nice explaining all that needed to be repaired. My daughter felt she was in good hands. The next time she drove on the expressway, it was still shaking at 60-70 MPH. She took it back in and they had not aligned the tires, and the air was off in all rooms tires. After a $700 bill, this should not have been overlooked. Very disappointing. My daughter took the car in, I am the one that paid for it.

Dutch was great along with most of the front end staff, but the shop was a challenge. I called in and ordered the tires and was told to come in Monday to install. I came in Monday and the tires were not in. Someone forgot to order them. Rescheduled for the following Friday. Tires were installed and returned home to find out the valve cap covers were missing. Went back to the store and they installed the value cover caps. Drove the car back from getting the valve cover caps installed and the car drove terrible with vibration on the steering wheel. Took the car back again to find out one of the tires was not balanced. No wheel balance lugs on the front left wheel. One of the upfront guys said it was a poor balance lug and it must have fallen off which was pure baloney, unless it fell off when I drove the vehicle out of the drive way. Either way an apology would have been in order instead of a barrage of excuses. If Dutch know everything that went on, he would not have put up with the issues I had to endure.

They are very helpful in car issues.Theyknow what they are doing.

Still had to pay for front end alignment that I was told there would be no charge for. Had to bring back jeep to redo the axle bearing that leaked after repair was made. Man who helped me was pleasant on the phone. Overall experience not great.

I was in for tire service and exactly what I needed.

I made an appointment for my pickup to be serviced and sent my wife. She left 95 minutes later. Not happy!

Thank you Nathan for addressing some issues that I am going to have to be eventually be taking care of on my van. It's very important to me to keep up on a vehicle that I am driving around with children. Thanks for checking everything over-to you and your mechanic! Vicki and Steve Sepulveda

My need was a small one. Had a flat tire for a lawn mower. This is not a huge money maker. Everyone I dealt with was fun to talk to and my tire was fixed quickly. Thanks!!

Scheduled oil change for 12:30pm, arrived 15min early but didn't leave shop until 2:15pm. Was asked if I was dropping off or waiting, thought waiting wouldn't take long I was wrong about that. So I found out via receipt they did a oil change and tire rotation, but was never informed of any issues like: tire wear, upcoming services I might need, the fact my check engine light was on and what needed to be done to fix it.

Awesome crew! Always take care of my needs and at a great price!

Two vehicles have come back three times for repairs, most recently they installed my brum brakes incorrectly and am on my third trip here waiting. I have spent a considerable amount of time wait, and seriously considering a lawyer to recoup my time lost waiting for all the for repairs that should have been done the right way the first time ED Chism from the Topeka store installed the brakes wrong.

They rotated my tires last friday and everyone there was super nice and helpful!

To many negative opinions from previous customers. Then charges that could have been explained before work was done. Past work bad experience.

I bought 4 different sets of tires, a couple of brake jobs, some rotors, oil changes, and many other things over the past several years. I had a flat tire today. I went back to Big O only to be turned away. I was asked if i scheduled an appointment....as if I knew ahead of time that i was going to get a flat. I filled it with air hoping to make it to Big O. After the store associate turned me away, i asked if i could at least fill the tire with enough air to try to make it to the next shop. He sent a tech out to help fill my tire with air and the tech asked why i wasn't just getting it fixed. He asked me to wait while he went back inside to talk with the sales guy. He came back out and said they couldn't help me. He filled me up and i went next door to Kansas Tireland. They immediately took my keys and fixed my flat in 15 minutes and i was on my way. I've spent THOUSANDS at Big O, but I can tell you that i won't spend another cent there. For all of you that are thinking of using Big O, I hope you don't get a flat. I am encouraging everyone to avoid this type of service. You can go anywhere in town and they will fix a flat tire in 15-30 minutes regardless of how busy they are or if you actually bought the tires there. Sad...

Excellent service, had 4 tires rotated and balanced within 45 minutes, appointment was kept by Big O. Lifetime balance/rotation is an excellent benefit provided by Big O.
