I brought the jeep into have the front end lined up. I was told that I needed to have the ball joints replaced since I have oversized tires and wheels that I bought at Big-O. I bought the specific ball joints that I wanted installed but it took a while to get them. I was told no problem and the cost to do the alignment would be waived when I brought in the ball joints to be done. Well long story short I was still charged the alignment fee of 79.95. The person initially told me whenever I brought it in was fine but the guy that charged me said I only had a 90 day timeframe. I was told one thing but still charged.

Disappointed today - usually store is fast, well organized. Left vehicle for oil change, Big O's will call when it's done. Got the call - "another 10" minutes and you're done." Got there in 15-20" - "still another 8" before you're done." Waited another 30" due to an unforeseen circumstance - which I totally understand but they hadn't told me what the unforeseen circumstance until I figured it out on my own. The technician appeared more engaged into other conversations in the shop rather than my vehicle. Vehicle fixed, out the door - no problems. Maybe this was a fluke - they were off today. I'll definitely will be back but this was not their best effort today.

I trust no one else with checking my tires. They are very thorough and I feel confident when I leave, that they are ok to go.

I had an oil change and tire rotation performed on my truck on Tuesday, 1/5/16. Seemed to take a bit longer than in the past (waited for about 1 hour 45 minutes). No biggie, however, so my surprise a few days later, I noticed a red shop rag hanging down from the front of the engine compartment! I crawled underneath and tore it loose. Not sure what it was caught on. Don't believe it did any damage, but sure could have! Could of caught in the fan blade or on the belt, or any other moving part. I've heard from a few people that have experienced quality issues from your store. Not good. The management needs to re-inform your techs to check things over more careful before closing the hood.

Clean, nice device by the employees. Would be good if there was something in the waiting area besides coffee to drink, ie water dispenser. There was a slight delay in the wait because they didn't have my oil filter in stock. For peoe that have appointments, it seems they could ensure a filter is in stock and ready for the customer so that the wait is not as long.

Big O is always helpful, quick, and thorough! I know they'll get the job done right.

I had an appointment for a tire rotation and balance at 10:00 in the mornin. My truck was pulled into the garage 15 minutes later. Then after an hour and a half in the waiting room, it was finally finished. I have never waited that long for a rotate and balance before. I understand that times can be busy, but that was a little ridiculous.

Came in an hour before closing for a nail in Tire, Big O able to fit my car in to get tire patched and on my way in about 30 min. I use Big O for all my routine maintenance and they have done more extensive work on my teens school cars all at reasonable rates

Went in for a rotate, balance, and alignment check.Had a bad ball-joint so no alignment. Not a problem with that at all.Ultimately it took almost two hours for a rotate an balance. The service writers are good.Work quality was good. The shop was much slower than it should have been in my opinion.I was a service writer and mechanic for six years and have a pretty good idea of what to expect from a shop.

Dutch got me in for a problem with a tire promptly and got me in and out within half an hour. Everyone was pleasant to deal with and was very informative.

I had the tires rotated also. When i picked it up there was grease on the hood from the technicians dirty hands. I had it cleaned off and left. The next day i find hand prints on the car over the tires. Overall the technician did not appear to care about cleaning his hand prints off of my car. That is reason for me to not buy tires from this location again.

Just took our cars in for service.Wouldn't trust anyone else.

Really did like them until last visit. My car makes more noise now than ever. I don't trust them now to take it back and find out what they did because it will probably cost me again.

Every time I get service done at this Big O store I'm impressed with the customer service I receive. This last time was no exception.Your sales rep I talked to explained what he could do for me,and also priced the job for me before work began. When I had a specific job question the rep called in the tech who was most likely to do the job and he explained the answer to me in a way I could easily understand.I was told a realistic time frame for the job to be done,(which I appreciate very much),and the job was done within that time frame. When I picked up my vehicle I was surprised to learn that the sales rep had found a discount I could use so my final bill was less than the original quote. Winner!! Now THATS what I call great customer service! Since this Big O does more for my vehicle than just tires,I'll be checking with them first for all my vehicle service needs. Thanks Dutch, and Big O in Topeka,Ks.!

Finding people to work on your vehicle that you trust is tough. Big O Tires has treated me well and always taken time to explain their work.

Had a shimmy so took it in resulting in new rack and pinion installed, discussed belts squealing at that time and it was mentioned that it could be fluid or oil on the belt or air in power steering. On the way home had shimmy, took it back in replaced rear brake calipers. Noticed a squeal of belts at morning start up, took it back in, tightened belts. Drove it less than 200 miles and power steering and high pressure hose went out, cost me another $800 plus AAA tow plus car rental to fix. Not sure but it seems power steering may have been issue with at same time as rack and pinion.

Recently we were on a time crunch and needed tires and oil change. Big O was packed but they still made time to work us in. Always friendly customer service. We take all of our vehicles to Big O. We get our tires there, also oil changes and tire rotations.
