Big O Tires

I came in to have a recently purchased tire repaired - I was told due to location of screw (near sidewall) it could not be repaired - while not happy to hear that, I was glad replacement tire was in stock and I had a new tire ready for pick up within an hour.

Walked in on a busy Saturday morning for an oil change, which was done sooner than expected at a reasonable cost. Will definitely use them again.

They broke one of my hubcaps but ordered the part, had it in the next day and replaced it. They owned the issue and resolved it to my satisfaction. They have always been helpful and friendly. I have used them before and will again.

Have been visiting Dutch and his group for many years.Always top-notch service.

Went in knowing I had a problem with my brakes.Ended up needing to replace the Power Brake Booster.They got the part ordered quickly and had me scheduled the following day.Took my jeep in the next morning and dropped it off and they called and said I could come pick it up the same day.Although they didn't adjust a "adapter rod" accordingly, my car was stuck in 4-wheel drive.Told them what was happening and they got me in the following day and got it done in a timely fashion.Thank you for being reasonable and understanding.I do appreciate the Big O!I will be back for new tires for the winter!!!

Good experience but maintenance light wasn't reset after oil change and tires pressures weren't confirmed after tire rotation. Had to make a trip back and both were rectified.

Been using these guys for a couple years now. Great service!! Call me by name... Never experienced a oil change/tire/mechanic shop that works to meet your needs like they do.

Dutch: I made a 10:00 AM appointment on 1/21 (order # 232606) for routine balancing and align check on tires I had purchased from this store. My car was not finished until 12:50 PM, almost 3 hours later. I arrived on time, but my car remained in parking lot until at 11:00 AM I went up to counter to inquire. I was told work order was placed in the alignment slot, and that bay / rack had not been available. I was told the work order should have been put into the tire re-balance area first. The car was pulled into the bay shortly after 11:00AM, and it still took 1 hour 40 minutes to have align check (it did not need any adjusting) and 4 tires re-balanced. On a previous visit, where I had also made an appointment, I think it took close to two hours. I question if you are doing anything special with people that have made advance appointments vs those that just walk in. It appears if I have a 10AM time, and someone walks in before me and the bay is available, you take their car first and I have to wait. Is there any value to making an appointment, because I am not seeing any evidence that my car is taken care of ahead of any walk ins, or that any bays are left open for them pending their scheduled appointment time?
