The actual service was greatWhat was the problem was where they parked the vehicle in a deep puddle of water I had to walk thru to get into the van when finished.

I'm always treated with respect and am happy with the service I receive at Big O.

Showed up at 2:30 for a 2:30 appointment for an oil change. At about 3:10 I went to check on it and found it was in a stall but not up on a lift yet. It appeared all of the techs were on a break, sitting on tires, many of them "vaping" out front. Shortly after, they got my truck up and got it serviced. It was ready around 4:00 - 4:15. The mechanic was very friendly when he brought my truck around informing me of a slow oil leak and what he did. Dutch, you've got a good business with good guys but that seemed to take too long for a drop and wait oil change with an appointment. And I know those guys need breaks but when you've been there for 40 minutes and you find they haven't even started and their taking a group vape break, it's a little bit of a rub. Thought you'd want to know.

Big O is the only place I will take my car.They are professional, fast, and completely trustworthy.Strongly recommend.

The biggest reason I started using BIG-O is because Briggs Nissan was taking 2 hours to change the oil in each car and it's 2 blocks from my house.

I bring my vehicle here for anything that needs done. They are always so friendly and work around my schedule. They have the best prices too. Thanks guys!

The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I had asked for the tires to be balanced with the rotation, it didn't happen. I did not have the time to have it done.

I called Saturday morning for an oil change. I brought it in, left it and it was done in just over an hour!They called and I picked it up at my leisure. The staff was excellent. I enjoy coming here!
