Big O Tires

Great overall service. Would like to see a little better attention to detail from the shop. I got a new set of tires and alignment checked and fixed on a very short notice. However it came out of the shop with Mis-matching valve stem caps. 2 silver metal and 2 black plastic.

Called that morning price was good. Took my vehicle in picked up by closing time. Same day service... great and they did two other services before closing time. Timing and quality in one day.. did I mention great price and a military discount too!!! BigOtrie in Topeka,KS earned my business!!!

Third time's the charm.

Because of a silly mistake on my part the changing of a head light bulb became Where's Waldo in finding my light cover. At no cost Dave was first on the ground trying to get the cover out of the engine bay. Next he put the car up on the alignment lift and found the cover. Besides the fact they worked me in Dave and Big O went above and beyond.

Good : I appreciated Dutch and others taking the time to work with me using email to get the specific tires quoted as I already knew exactly what I wanted. Total installed price for these Michelins was about the same as other dealers that sell Michelin. I have not been happy with Sam's where I have purchased many tires in recent years, and based upon helpfulness and professional in emails I chose to give Big O a try - also convenient location, ... (another Michelin dealer near expo center is not in a good section of town.) Staff working front desk are mature, professional, and appeared to be very customer service focused with me and others that I have overheard.....see below for other comments. Not so good - I made an appointment so I could get in and out in quick time. I estimated it should take no more than an hour. I arrived about 10 minutes earlier, and I think from time I checked in until I checked out was over 1.5 hours. My car got pulled in and up on rack in good time, and wheels removed, but it looked to me like there was a long delay in getting tires mounted and wheels back installed. I am not sure, but it almost seemed like customers were served in the order they came in, even without appointment. Also, "waiting room" could use some improvement - just seemed a little crowded, uncomfortable, smells coming from rest room, etc. Overall - good experience prior to coming in... actual in store experience was just average.

I trust the guys at Big-O on Wannamaker Rd in Topeka KS. I keep 7 cars on the road for my family so I see them frequently. They have always dealt with me fairly and honestly.

Dutch and his team did a fantastic job replacing the tires on my vehicle. Big O placed the order for my tires in the morning , had them delivered that day and installed them that same day. Same day completion on a custom tire is unheard of. As always, I was impressed with Dutch's team's professionalism and efficiency. Thank you Big O

Called and they got us in the same day for an oil change and tire care. In and out in less than an hour.

Great services and the price was as quoted. I hope that last longer than my other Cooper tires.

I have all my work done at Big O Tires. The staff is honest and trustworthy. They aren't pushy or use high pressure sales techniques. If I need something urgently, they make that suggestion. If it can wait, they tell me so. I won't go anywhere else in Topeka.
