The Big O Tires staff are not just service providers but have become friends that we trust. Dutch, Doug, Nathan, Aaron and the rest of the guys are trusted advisors for our family and the six vehicles we have serviced by them. We know that they work hard to keep prices down and that they go "above and beyond" in their commitment to providing excellent service. We are grateful to them and their excellent location.

On my oil change I can get the tipe of oil I want witch is Moble 1 and do a tire rotation and it is better priced then the all other places, and the staff is always friendlier

Doug and Dave were very knowledgeable and helped me find the correct tires and wheels for my van. The service that was performed was excellent and everything was explained to me for warranty and services I may need in the future.

While it's never fun to have car trouble,I trust the team at Big O to be honest in advising what I should do. Often they give you a "heads up"� on what will be coming in the future (tires are starting to get to the end and based on driving, you'll probably need to replace in the fall) or dirty air filter, you should get a new one but your call.
