Big O Tires

My family trusts the staff of Big O Tires of Topeka implicitly. The service is excellent and they communicate effectively. We have 5 vehicles under their care. I can't say enough positive things about Dutch, Doug, Aaron, Nathan and the rest of the crew at Big O Tires Topeka. We will not go anywhere else for any work that needs to be done to our cars. We have alway found their tires are competitively priced and their service is top notch. We have availed ourselves of their shuttle service a couple of times and like the convenience of it. I had an oil change and tire rotation last week and they were right on schedule. This is one of the busiest shops I've ever been in and they are amazingly on time with their promised work completion.

For the past 10 years I’ve only got my tires from Big-O. When I got rims for my truck I spent a few hours with Dutch looking at them. Highly recommend Dutch and Aaron to anyone. They know their stuff and definitely care and want the customer to get what they want at a good price.

I was highly satisfied with my experience especially due to the quality of work that your staff provided, the minimal amount of time it took to complete the work and the overall friendliness of your staff. I have had an alignment on the same vehicle at other area shops and were dissatisfied because the vehicle pulled to the right after the alignment. I took that vehicle back to that shop and they said nothing was wrong with it. I finally took the vehicle to another shop where it was fixed correctly. I am so glad that I didn't have that same issue at your shop. Your store was very busy on the Saturday that I took it to have tires put on and I was worried that I would not receive my vehicle back on the same day. Much to my surprise I got a phone call informing me that my vehicle was ready for pick up well before the close of business on that same day. The staff at Big O tires greeted me with a smile and seemed very happy to listen to my concerns about which tire to choose. They seemed to have an interest in my opinion and did not belittle me on my lack of automotive knowledge. Thank you for providing a great service at fair prices!

Pulled in close to closing time with a leaking tire. Paid and left it with them. Stopped back by later and it was ready to go!

We love Big O Tires and the staff at our Topeka Kansas location! They are very trustworthy and customer service oriented. With five cars under their care they see us frequently for routine maintenance and normal wear and tear repairs. We always feel that they seek to help us maintain our vehicles proactively to avoid big ticket repairs in the future. We believe that Big O serves us as if we were family. The guys always listen to what the issues are that I'm having with my vehicle. They don't dismiss what I'm hearing or seeing. They work hard to take very good care of me and I trust the work that they do to my vehicle. I know that if I have a problem with something they'll get it taken care of to my satisfaction. This Big O location has a great group of guys working there.
