My husband and I are very happy with Big O. They service both our vehicles, as well as advise us on what may be needed. They are very pleasant to work with, very efficient, and we trust them completely.

Took truck in for the free rotate and balance since I was due for it. It is always easy to call in and set an appointment for service. Big O Tires is indeed very busy providing services to Topeka so most time I just drop my truck off and let them work it in which seems to work better. Overall, top notch service and communication which makes it easier to come back time and time again.

I was greeted by Nathan who was very nice, knowledgeable, and polite.

The staff were very friendly and helpful when trying to choose replacement tires. The tires I had were discontinued and they helped find a close match since I was only replacing two.
