These folks are great to work with. This is "my shop" in Topeka. They are fair and if they discover issues they always call to discuss the issue before they start.

Doug helped us out and he was very nice and explained the pro and cons of each tire and the price. He also explained to us what tire we should buy for my specific truck. They also gave us a rundown of what we need to do with my trucks ball joints

I always feel like I get great service. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. I also feel like they don't try to sell me something that isn't needed.

The store estimated a couple of days over the phone before looking at my car because they were busy. They called me back the same day, told me what was wrong with the vehicle, fixed it free of charge bc it was still under warranty, and all of it was done in one day, the same day I had it towed there. I’m very happy with how they communicated with me, and how well they take care of me as a customer and my vehicle.

Have used Firestone for a long time, mainly due to credit card. Hard to get in to get service and don't offer shuttle. Big O was busy but did great job getting me in, and done in timely manner. Is closer to where I live also.
