Totally highly satisfied with all services provided at this location for 10 plus years. I highly rate the knowledge, work ethic and can trust service provided to be top notch. I did not have an appointment for oil change scheduled, however tech was very willing to work our car in for service and the wait time was minimal. The quality of service provided at this location is always excellent.

I took my car in for a scheduled service. It was taken into the shop within about 5 minutes. I was given a time of when it should be done and was asked if that was okay. It was. I left to run some errands. I received a text later saying it was ready, and this was in the time frame agreed upon. They checked the air and cabinet filters and found they did not need to be replaced, which I'm not sure all shops would have done.

The customer service experience was extraordinary. They were very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The tires I bought were exceptional for both the price and value. I would recommend big o tires to anybody that I come across.

I am 100% confident that I have finally found everything I want, from a business, for my family's car repairs. Honesty, fair quotes, thorough repair work and excellent customer service. Thanks Big O!

Recently we were on a time crunch and needed tires and oil change. Big O was packed but they still made time to work us in. Always friendly customer service. We take all of our vehicles to Big O. We get our tires there, also oil changes and tire rotations.
