Big O Tires

We had a headlight out, called Big O, they said they were completely book, but to bring in & they would work it in...they completed the job in 40 minutes. Very professional and friendly!

Good service and the guys do a good job of communicating throughout the process.

I was able to schedule an appointment exactly when I wanted. Took a little longer than anticipated to complete, but it was acceptable.

All service was accomplished in a timely manner.

Always good service

We always take our vehicles to Big 0 for oil changes. We also buy our tires there too. Very friendly and fast service. We usually make an appointment a head of time but even when we haven't had an appointment it is usually done in a fair amount of time.

When you call to make an appointment it is very fast and convenient. The service is great and we recommend it to all our friends. We always go to Big 0 for all of our cars!

Fast & friendly service

Big O's in Topeka is the only store I use for service. Hands down, they are the best. They work with you, informing you of everything that is going on with your vehicle - without coming across overbearing or aggressive. If you don't want to do something they recommend, they don't push it. For example, this past week, I needed tires and brakes. My serviceman recommended a certain type of tire. I had a different choice but after his presentation and cost analysis - which ended up being less than my choice - we went with his recommendation. I also needed 4 rotors and 4 brake pads. He informed me that one set of pads were covered under their warranty and Big O's replaced them for free. Big O's in Topeka is an honorable and reputable service center and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

These folks are great to work with. This is "my shop" in Topeka. They are fair and if they discover issues they always call to discuss the issue before they start.

Whenever I call and need anything, Dutch and his staff are always eager and friendly. They get the job done and a very trusting company
