Big O Tires

They've always provided great customer service. They don't do any more work than is absolutely necessary. I feel like they always have my best interests in mind. I can't recommend them enough.

I cash and carry most of my purchases. The exact trailer tire I wanted was not in stock, but Aaron helped me find a tire that would exceed my expectations. when I arrived to pick up the new tire it was waiting behind the counter for me. I was in and out in minutes!

I only had a tire rotation and balance, but the service tech had me in and out before I could finish my magazine.

I'm thankful for Big O Tire service in Topeka for my Toyota. Last week I took my 2006 Corolla in for 90,000 mile service. The service at the Toyota dealership is less than desirable, so I use Big O Tire for everything except for recalls.

As usual for the last 21 years I have used them the service was excellent.

They knew the exact time my specific tire would arrive that day and told me they would fit me in to replace it at that time.

The salesman offered me a variety of choices, took time to listen to me, and recommended the best tires he had available for my situation. I drive amost 40,000 miles a year and go through a lot of tires. I chose a high end, american made tire. although there were many less expensive choices. I never felt pressured to pick one over the others, my car was ready when promised. The folks there were fast and courteous from start to finish. The waiting area was small, but very neat and tidy. There were numerous discounts available on the tires that I chose, and the salesman explained them all to me. He helped me get what I feel was a fair deal on what are arguably the best tires that have ever been on my car so far.

Day after Christmas, later afternoon they got my car in very quickly. Mounted and balanced a brand new set of wheels and tires. Then swapped them and the tire pressure sensors onto the car in no time at all! Was ready in an hour or so.

My deceased husband introduced me to Big O, haven't gone anywhere else in 4 years. Reasonably priced, complete and thorough, friendly, etc. My family have come to Big O at my recommendation,

I was traveling from Southwest Missouri to Topeka for some training when my vehicle broke down. A friend on the search and rescue task force I was meeting to train with recommended I contact Dutch at Big O's. Though they were extremely busy they worked me into their afternoon schedule and my vehicle was repaired and back on the road by mid afternoon. Fast, competent service, not overpriced, especially considering I was an out-of-town visitor. Even though they are advertised as a "tire store"�, their mechanics are capable of diagnosing and repairing other mechanical issues. Highly recommend .

Great people great service just like it says!! It's not a Gimmick they do great work

I've been a private and fleet customer at this Big O for quite a while. Dutch and his crew know me and do their best to get my vehicles cared for and maintained as if they were their own. My local fleet vehicles are 2014 Ford E-250's with excess of 220 thousand miles on them. While the rest of the company fleet vehicles are 2018 and newer Ford Transit 250s, I choose to stay with my 2013's because Dutch and his crew keep them it top running order, and this keeps my operating budget low...not having to replace my older vehicles with newer, higher priced vehicles. This is why I trust my personal Dodge Ram and Cadillac SRX to Dutch and Big O Tires, as well as my company fleet vehicles. Dutch Tryon is tops!!!!

The staff and ownership at the Topeka, Kansas Big O Tires location are competent, friendly and trustworthy. We have 5 cars under their care and trust them implicitly.
