Fair tire price. The mounting, balance and alignment were excellent. I got 4 new tires just prior to leaving for a vacation in Michigan. So, went through 6 states. The car road very well and the tires made it a good trip.

Literally walked in showed them the leveling kit and specifics, purchased wheels and tires to fit in 20min. Came back a few days later and picked up my purchases while I wait for the truck to come in.

We needed two new tires on our van. They were in stock and Big O staff were able to put them on the van the same day.

I am primarily a cash and carry customer. The tires I need are seldom more than a day away. I am always notified promptly of my orders arrival or any delays.

Great as always!! :) The only minor complaint I gave is that I kept receiving texts stating my car was done even though it was days after I had already picked up my car. No big deal though. Your customer service is wonderful!!
